- appoint the auditor
- elect our Board of Directors
Our AGM is combined with our Spring Education Event for a full day agenda.

At our general members meeting, we invite representatives from each of our member co-op Boards to attend while we:
- introduce our Board of Directors
- review the annual operating budget
- update members on our programs and initiatives
